You have 24 hours to cancel a purchase. We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds for any orders after 24 hours from the purchase or after your package is already in transit to your destination.

Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since receiving your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

* Several types of items are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on bodysuits, swimwear, sale items, or accessories. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for unauthorized returns.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we do not do refunds. We only offer store credit unless it is a mishap on our behalf. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 3-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then you can either contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account due to banks processing times for refunds. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you want to exchange the size. If you need to exchange your size for the same item, send us an email at
