GENERAL INFORMATION
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received an email or SMS text message about your order shipping then your order has not shipped just yet! Any purchase made past 10PM (EST) will began processing on the next business day. We currently only offer Priority Mail shipping via USPS. 

INSTOCK ITEMS
If you are ordering in stock item(s) only, processing times is 1-2 business days. Your order should ship from our facility within 48 hours and you will receive it within 2-5 business days via USPS (depending on your location). When a item is in stock, “in stock” is typically stated in the product description.

If your order does not contain in stock items, you will be subject to our preorder processing time frame. We can only ship within 48 hours if your order is entirely in stock items.

PREORDER ITEMS
An pre-order is a order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.

Processing times for preorder items exceeds our normal time, please note that preorder items have a processing time of 2-3 weeks. When an item is on preorder, “preorder” is typically stated in the product description. 

DELIVERY ADDRESS
To ensure that your package is delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is correct upon entering at checkout. If you live in a building or apartment please add your building and/or apartment number. We do not take responsibility for your incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable and you want your package reshipped there will be a reshipment fee involved.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier (USPS) to address the issue directly with them. Adorethelook is NOT responsible for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered packages. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. 

VERIFICATION
If your order is flagged medium fraudulent according to our fraud analysis, we may request for you to submit proof of identity before we can ship your order. This is to prevent fraudulent and/or unauthorized purchases. Failure to comply can result in the cancellation of your order.
